Northern Lights Surveying Services Inc (NLSS), is a northeastern Minnesota Professional Land Surveying firm with offices in Virginia, MN and Grand Rapids, MN. We have been providing surveying services throughout Northeastern Minnesota for 30 years.

NLSS is a full service surveying firm that is highly experienced in all aspects of Land Surveying.  We approach each project with enthusiasm and expertise regardless of the project’s size.  NLSS and its predecessors have performed thousands of private surveys within Northeastern Minnesota and have an extensive archive of local surveying data and records.    Our clients include private individuals, Government Agencies, Commercial Clients, construction firms, mining companies, realtors, attorneys and others who are in need of professional surveying services.
